Safari/Chrome Ios and Safari mac Websocket decompression error V 2.2.0

I'm using the lastest version (2.2.0) and I'm facing this problem on chrome/safari of iphone and also safari of mac as well.

Since a promise always hits the catch, my game becomes inconsistent/buggy.

Just to confirm the error/bug is gone when I make the following below
