Migrate Make to Task #54
Description
To improve the maintainability of recurrent tasks and to align the project to modern cloudnative-pg repo standards, we should start using Task rather than Make. This implies that the current Makefile has to be migrated to a Taskfile and keep the compatibility with the tasks/operations currently available.
