ollama ChatRequest's Format changed from string to json.RawMessage #125

Describe the bug

ollama v0.5.12 already changed the type of Format within ChatRequest's to json.RawMessage, (ref: https://github.com/ollama/ollama/blob/main/api/types.go#L99)

which will cause compatibility issues as eino uses type string for Format
https://github.com/cloudwego/eino-ext/blob/main/components/model/ollama/chatmodel.go#L276

To Reproduce
Upgrade Ollama to v0.5.12

follow the ollama's change
add go.mod file in the project
