Feature: Move a User's Wishlist Upon Changing Groups

Currently, changing a user's group results in them having a blank wishlist.

It would be great if there was an option to import their existing wishlist over to a new group.

Seconded! I understand it's difficult, but having the ability to assign or move a wishlist item to/from a group would be super helpful. Assigning a wish to multiple groups would also be ideal so it can be claimed by either group.

Syncing items across lists/groups is coming soon. I can certainly see value in migrating an entire list to a different group though

Thanks! I made the mistake of creating a wish in the wrong group because there's nothing on the 'My Wishes' or 'Add Wish' page to indicate which group you have selcted. Possible to display this information as an indicator what list you're looking at, and what group new wishes will belong to? I can create a separate issue if helpful.

This will be addressed with the item syncing feature. You'll be able to choose the list(s) to add an item to on the 'Add Wish' page
