Problem

The how dow I build link is broken under.

Solution

Investigate why this is not loading. I believe it should be coming from a markdown file in our handbook repo. We'll need to make sure it exists and that we are successfully converting the markdown to html. There are no errors in the console so I wondering if the page doesn't exist or the path is incorrect.
