Allow configuring labels on deployment

Hi,
I am using your mailhog helm chart and am setting up the sablier traefik middleware.
To set it up I need to add labels on deployment to mark them as candidates for scale-down.
However in the chart's current state it's not possible to do so.
Could we add a deployementLabels key or make the selector labels configurable ?
