IBMi debug 3.0.2 extension "Cannot activate because ./dist/extension not found"

IBMi debug 3.0.2 extension is displaying message “Cannot activate because ./dist/extension not found.” I have attempted to uninstall/ reinstall but problem persists.

@gmikoscws I am able to install the IBM i Debug 3.0.2 extension from market place on two different versions of VSCode (1.92.0 and 1.106.3). Debug also works for me in these two setups.
