• npx ts-node setup.ts returns Error: Cannot find module './setup.ts'
• encore run includes:
  [MISSING_PRIVATE_KEY] could not decrypt OPENAI_API_KEY using private key 'DOTENV_PRIVATE_KEY=' [MISSING_PRIVATE_KEY] https://github.com/dotenvx/dotenvx/issues/464 without instructions how to use dotenvx to encrypt and use personal keys & urls.
