no api to provide if pipeline run by inline yaml or yaml from repository ?

Hello, 
Currently there is no API which provides whether a particular pipeline build was run using **inline Yaml** (defined manually during run) or by a yaml received from repository. We have a requirement to validate this parameter for each build artifact to implement SLSA compliance.
Let me know if I missed any documentation or currently its not captured at all ??
