import env issue inside src from public folder

I am getting error saying modules outside src folder should not be imported. So how do i import env object that is created in env.ts file which is inside public folder?

@RevanthAdiga you have to create env.ts inside the src folder. When you build the project, after that while serving/deploying you can change variables by providing set command. That will reflect in the build/env.ts file.

but how can we add the file to the index.html then. according to readme file?
