Credit all third parties for whom credit is due

We're using a bunch of fonts that need to have their creators credited and/or their licenses linked-to. We also might be using some JavaScript libraries that need to be credited, and maybe the PHP library HTMLPurifier too. And maybe other things, who knows!

We need check which ones these are and add them to the static /licensing page ( app/View/Pages/licensing.ctp).
