Can't sign in with GitHub – Email already taken

Hello,

I previously created an account using this email: yassin.elsaid013@gmail.com.

Now I'm trying to sign in using GitHub, but I get the error: "Email is already taken" when trying to complete the signup.

I'm unable to access my account or reset the password. Please help me recover my existing account.

Yes, I have try it 2 times and have the same problem I just need to make an account in code worse to get the solution of problem solving . Do you have any solution?

I tried to get in code worse by password and email many time but always said to me ( "Email is already taken" ) ,that's my main problem

Alright. Did you use login or join button? Because that 'email is already taken' only applies to when you join or create a new account.

Is the login screen exactly as below?
