Extend `federation` integration test to run ping-pong-jwt workload test

Use the new ping-pong-jwt workloads proposed in cofide/cofide-demos#87 in the federation integration test scenario to add coverage for JWT SVIDs. Deploy the server in one trust zone and the client in the other, ensuring that JWT bundles are federated.
