Change of recognition to Polish license plates

Hi,
I’ve been trying to modify the code to support Polish license plates, but I can't get it to work properly. The code runs, but the performance is very poor—it only detects 3 or 4 cars in a 1:30-minute video. I'm not sure whether the issue lies in the model training process or in the code itself.

I trained the model on a dataset from the video for 30 epochs. So far, I’ve modified the license_complies_format function and added some elements to the dictionaries, but these changes haven’t improved the results.

Do you have any ideas on how to make it work properly?

In console it tracks the cars but at the end in the csv there is little data of it.
