list of commands to check a given dataset

similar to concepticon check DATASET we need a command for pynorare. But what parameters do we want to check here?

I think:

1. duplicates (they should not occur)
2. maybe similar concepts, according to our concept network
3. size of mappings

Would it be possible to check that the mapping considers the concepts in the REPLACEMNT_ID column? Not sure if this is something we want to check afterward or integrate into the algorithm code (maybe it is already).
