KsqlDb-Cli docker image is build with older janino jar, which created issue in testing ksql query with nested struct.

Describe the solution you'd like
Use janino-3.1.10.jar ib ksqldb-cli docker image.

Seems like the current confluentinc/cp-ksqldb-server:7.8.0 image has /usr/share/java/ksqldb-server/janino-3.1.10.jar in its $KSQL_CLASSPATH
