podman compose fails finding //./pipe/podman-machine-default

Issue Description

podman compose -f compose.yaml worked with my compose.yaml for podman 5.2.5, but fails for 5.3.0:

error during connect: Get "http://%2F%2F.%2Fpipe%2Fpodman-machine-default/v1.46/containers/json?all=1&filters=%7B%22label%22%3A%7B%22com.docker.compose.config-hash%22%3Atrue%2C%22com.docker.compose.oneoff%3DFalse%22%3Atrue%2C%22com.docker.compose.project%3Dserver%22%3Atrue%7D%7D": open //./pipe/podman-machine-default: The system cannot find the file specified.
Error: executing C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker\resources\bin\docker-compose.exe -f .\compose.yaml down: exit status 1

podman run works, however.

The "//./pipe/podman-machine-default" is not in [System.IO.Directory]::GetFiles("\\.\pipe\"). So does podman machine create it?

Hmmm, might be related to scoop :-/ I installed podman from the releases page and podman compose seems to work.
