Custom color window goes to the background #123

Upon clicking the custom color option in the drop down menu of the color palette, the custom color selection window goes to the background of the application. It will be great if we can bring it to the foreground. @sai-deekshith16 #117

The custom color window is the feature of javafx. We tried to make the changes requested but were not able to. For now we can see the custom color window and select our own colour.
