Make sure the documentation is really solid

Should be detailed and clear enough that it can be readily figured out by either a music theorist with some, but not much, computational experience OR an experienced coder with minimal music theory experience.

Kris, I apologize for the lack of communication, but I had back surgery on
June 6, and then major complications. After the first surgery, I somehow
obtained a septic infection and had to be rushed to the hospital for an
emergency surgery on the 25th of June so they could reopen the incision and
clean out the infection. So I was in the hospital until the beginning of
July. A week or two after that I had a bad reaction to the IV antibiotics
they had me on ( fevers of 102 and 103 consistently) and was rushed back to
the hospital because I was having a "drug induced fever" ( who knew?), and
they had to switch my antibiotics. This whole summer I have had a home
nurse doing these IV infusions. To top off my summer, two weeks ago, I got
a blood clot from the groin to the lower leg (Deep Vein Thrombosis). So,
this summer has been a total wash ( and scare) for me. I believe and pray
that I am on the mend, and wanted to see if there is anything I can do to
contribute. Also, what school are you at now? I am including some medical
documentation just to give this crazy story some credence. I still have a
hard time believing this happened to me. I hope that there is still
something that I can help with.
