[BUG]: ActionUpdateThread must chose EDT or BGT

Description of the bug

Crash on PhpStorm 2024.2.5

ActionUpdateThread.OLD_EDT is deprecated and going to be removed soon. 'com.jmpeax.ssltoolbox.pem.v2.actions.NewCertFile' must override getActionUpdateThread() and chose EDT or BGT. See ActionUpdateThread javadoc.
