Focus arrow is incorrectly placed after object size change

Describe the Bug
The red focus arrow no longer appears above the object, it now appears on top of them

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load game
2. Move within focus range of object

Expected Behavior
The focus arrow should appear slightly above (and horizontally centered on) the focused object
