Summary

For next upcoming major release lines, we should consider removing legacy migrations in the codebase.
We should evaluate which migrations can be removed.

For now, the params migrations are what immediately come to mind for ibc core and apps.

For Admin Use

  • Not duplicate issue
  • Appropriate labels applied
  • Appropriate contributors tagged/assigned
  • Estimate provided
