CommandDialog should close when pressing Esc

I was a bit surprised by the CommandDialog component not closing when pressing the Esc key. Is that the intended behavior?

Added context to pass the Dialog's close handler down to the Command component. Also, I made sure it works for both controlled and uncontrolled CommandDialog:
