Tracking Issue: Identify and Replace Region Specific Content

Understandably given where the code originated, the covid-green-app currently still contains the Ireland / HSE branding and content throughout. To make the app easier to adapt for other regions, we need to audit and identify all of the region-specific content so that it is clearer to implementers what needs to be customized/modified per region. Once identified, those pieces should be incrementally replaced with non-region-specific content. We especially need to ensure that any HSE brand assets do not accidentally carry into other regional forks.

You could consider setting the default locale to Bouvet Island. https://kubernetescommunitydays.org/events/2019-bouvet-island/

That would be clear that it should only be seen in the developer apps, and should be easy to search for to ensure that it is fully replaced for each downstream app.
