Add shortcuts

Add shortcuts(or list them if they exist) for:
- **Run Code**
- Going to the Input tab/side
- Going to the stdout/stdin... and cycling in them
- Going to the code section
- **Download file**
- New file
- **Folding parts of the code**

I marked with **bold** the front of the priority_queue of shortcuts.
