Description
It was decided in #440 to hyphenate consistently as "floating-point".
#1319 fixed this at the time, but since then, new uses of "floating point" slipped back into the standard.
#8122 removes 3/4 of the four occurrences of "floating point".
After #8122, the only remaining use is

We obviously cannot fix that one because it's the actual title of the document, but everywhere else, we should be able to run a source check so we can stop playing Whac-A-Mole with wrong hyphenation.
