Asciidoc: unordered list breaks with some monospace/multiple line combinations

I think this is related to #839. The following:

namespace boost::mysql {

/**
 * \brief A function.
 * \details
 * \li Lorem
 *     ipsum `code` after
 *     `code2`.
 * \li Item 2.
 */
void f();

}  // namespace boost::mysql

Renders as:

$> mrdocs --version
MrDocs
    C++ Documentation Tool
    version: 0.0.3
