XB has some issues when used in nextjs applications, e.g. because of code like localStorage that is not accessible in nextjs from server side.

Steps to reproduce

Steps:

1. Go to the nextjs site from the marketplace and update experience-builder to the develop or support/4.x code.
2. Setup and run the dev server
3. See the issue
