请求OSS时没有响应

在工程的Project Setting->Plugins->HotUpdate：Hot Update Server Url中设置过了自己oss存储中文件的地址 但是在蓝图中调用StartUP之后绑定 On Hot Update Finished委托的事件没有被调用
