I'm running both fedora 42 and ubuntu 24.04. I have no use of snap and prefer to switch to flatpak when using ubuntu. Flatpak is the default on fedora.
My PR
I have a flathub account in order to create and publish the package if you want me to. But I'd rather have you doing it because you already have the control over the snap version.
