Missed fontawesome css file

Is showing it on console, and icons does not is showing. This file does not exist in folder.

GET wp-content/themes/justica-potiguar/css/libs/fontawesome/fontawesome-all.css?ver=5.0.13 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

I go to fontawesome and downloaded this version, then put css and fonts in folder.
