Barcode scanner isn't showing in Receive

Device (OS version): Oneplus 5 (Android 10), iPhone 8 (iOS 16.7.10)
Build: staging 0.25.1 and production 0.25.0

Description:

Barcode scanner isn't showing in Receive

Potentially condition isCordovaApp isn't working

Steps:

1. Login
2. Go to Offers in Receiving
3. Click Receive
4. Click 1 item
5. Click < arrow
6. Click Inventory
7. Click ... near Inventory#
8. See no barcode scanner

Scan barcode with scanner
