SD Card Transaktion Data and Wallet Descriptors cannot be deleted at the Specter DIY

Currently it is not possible to delete Transaktion Data and Wallet Descriptors directly from the Specter DIY Hardware Wallet. You need to delete this data from the PC.

A delete button in the "Open SD card file" menu which would fix that would be good.

A proper secure formatting / factory-reset function (similar to what Coldcard offers) would be highly desirableon top of that, if it is technically feasible to implement.
The core requirement is to remove as many remnants of sensitive data as possible. This matters in the realistic scenario where the hardware (SD card and/or the device itself) physically ends up in the wrong hands.
We should assume — anything else is naïve — that any hardware can be read out and will be read out if someone with real motivation and resources (especially state actors) gains physical access. Forensic recovery of data from storage is a well-known capability.
As a concrete example: in parts of Asia (Hong Kong, Vietnam, etc.) customs authorities already sometimes force travelers to unlock/open their hardware wallets. So we maybe want to wipe any sd card data from it completely without needing any external device.

Now we it would be best to have a formating button, like it is possible on pc, so that we can be sure that dada cannot be recovered.
