FUSE-T Mounter: Use SMB backend by default

FUSE-T supports the SMB protocol for the client-server communication since version 1.0.35.

In it's early stage it was marked as experimental, but not anymore. Hence, due to the basically good support of SMB of various OSses we should set it as the default with the default mount options.
