MariaDB error

When I try installing Multipool I get this error this is on a fresh install of ubuntu 18

does anyone know how to fix this?

My for is works, just finnish all the tags, new database dump , schemas for solo mining etc, but that will be released in some hour but if you want it installed now go my profile. I still have work to do

I have this error on MariaDB install can someone help please?
