[BUG] 无法在本地创建json文件，显示“下载失败”

a2c8c17.04111458中，尝试在下载歌曲时无法创建写入json文件，下载管理界面显示下载失败。其他文件正常下载。

进入媒体库
下载一首歌
等待

正常写入本地存储

试了下，如果下载目录是默认的就没有问题，如果把下载目录改到SD卡才有这个bug
