We got some feedback at the Cytoscape retreat that users may want to see gene expression data associated with genes and/or pathways in the network.
If the user started by submitting a file with RNA-seq expressions, then we already have access to this data. If the user starts with a pre-ranked gene list, then we will need to allow the user to upload the expression data separately, perhaps after the network has been created.
Description of new feature

In EnrichmentMap desktop this data is shown in the HeatMap panel. Details are available here: https://enrichmentmap.readthedocs.io/en/latest/HeatMapPanel.html
Note, the HeatMap panel in EM desktop also highlights the leading edge genes, so this is related to issue #182
This is a big feature that we can think about adding in the future.
Motivation for new feature
User wants to see their original gene expression data and see how its related to the enriched pathways.
