SSL/TLS support for Windows

First of all, congratulations on your project. It's awesome!

Following your instruction, I'm opening this issue to request the SSL/TLS support for the Windows PHP Desktop, the same way it works in the Mac version:

On Mac SSL support was added to PHP.
Issue #184 you referenced is about adding web server SSL support, which is a different thing.
I assume what you want is PHP SSL support on Windows.

Sorry, my mistake. I mixed up two different things.

The feature to open TLS streams with remote servers through PHP is important, but also it would be cool if we could serve the Mongoose with HTTPS.
