Complete implementation for component rotation

Enhance the current rotation system with the following requirements:

• Add keybinds for rotating components.

• Add a keybind for selecting wires as a preview.

• Implement Z keybind for undo functionality.

• Ensure terminals remain snapped to the grid when components are rotated.
