I think one of the core challenges of the Avatar project will be to discover the correct Avatar account of a person.
I think it would be useful to have a API where a link can be stored at the end of the About me pages of Google+ and facebook.
About me

Such a solution could make key discovery much easier and lead us to a world where everybody can encrypt email he writes to his facebook friends.
