Exit the gogo shell when error occurs

When ReportApplication is executed from the command line like java -jar /home/jirka/projects/foam-tool/release/distribution/foam-tool.jar ReportApplication -i /home/jirka/projects/foam-cocome/ucs -t /home/jirka/projects/foam-cocome/tadl -o /home/jirka/projects/foam-cocome/out and some exception occurs (e.g. parsing error), the application remains in the gogo shell and user has to quit using CTRL+C or by typing exit 0.

The application should quit with exit error code and automatically return back to the console.
