Next Up row bouncing the entire layout.

Description

When I'm on the home screen and moving left/right though the titles on the Next Up row the entire layout (the hub and all hubs below) dip down slightly and then bounces back up to the original position with each move. This only happens when on the Next Up row. Not when navigating hubs below.

I checked my Fire Stick that's on 1.0.0 still and not seeing it there.

Reproduction steps

1. Open Wholphin.
2. Move left/right through titles queued on Next Up hub.

Re: #1271: Ha, I never noticed that until just now, but yeah, I can see that issue with the seasons on my Fire Stick with 1.0.0 but this Next Up issue isn't on it.

I was having the same issue, but I fixed it by going to Settings > Customize Home Page > Settings and then Reset.

Okay that worked for me too, and I'm starting to develop a theory for what's causing it. I noticed when I reset the settings for the home page the Up Next row is now called Continue Watching again, as it was once upon a time. The text Continue Watching has a decender on the g, which would make the text block hang slightly lower so maybe the difference in height from the line is causing this. If you upgrade from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1, the hub name doesn't change. It stays "Up Next" in the new version.

I have my home page settings saved to my server profile, and after I'd reset things and find the issue gone if I restore my settings from the backup I briefly get a Up Next and a Continue Watching label on that row at the same time, and the issue comes back, too.

I also noticed recently that there is no longer a switch up choose if Up Next and Continue Watching are listed as separate hubs. I guess they are permanently separate now.

I am able to pretty reliably reproduce this on the first displayed home page row (type & size doesn't seem to matter) if the very first row above is empty/not displayed on the actual home page.

Let me figure out a fix for this.

Starting with v1.0.0, in customize home page settings, you can combine & split the rows. Or add a new combined row. The old toggle was removed because it didn't make sense anymore. See #1383 & #1458 for more details
