if you click on WOT icon in notifications (filter icon) just shows freinds of friends

change generic filter icon -> show options -> show only from friends of friends

hide anything with more than 10 mentions ("mute hellthreads")

I decided to not make it a filter icon, but rather just a toggle on the notifications settings view. I claim that It's not often you need to toggle between the two. It's likely the setting remains in place forever. WOT filtering is much more frequently toggled by comparison.
