Algorithm violations in PAI 5.0, anybody?

In less than a few work sessions, my DA violated the Algorithm three times -- twice by skipping step 4, once by jumping head first right to 7. I suggested it investigate and figure out what was going on and fix it, and it's coming up with a 6.4.0 🫣 version. I'll get a write-up of what was done and share (if it works 😅) but I wanted to know if this kind of "playing loose" with the Algorithm was something others had noticed, or had to deal with, or tried to fix. Look forward to hearing about how it's going on your end!
