Mozilla just built a product that looks for formalize what PAI is trying to do on learnings.

Two interesting things about the cq idea.

1. it can be just for you and you're team
2. we could setup a cq instance for all PAIs. Not sure if it would work, what I'm doing is drastically different than what you're doing.
