First install -- says it's upgrading, and doesn't find Claude Code

Have just installed the latest PAI following instructions in readme. Two things I'm flagging:

• it says it's doing an upgrade, but this is my first install (confusing... or confused?)
• it didn't find Claude Code although I've already got it installed, does that mean I have two Claude Code installs now? (I'm not a coder, just a tinkerer, so not too sure how to fix this)

Also: what is this "failed to install GUI dependencies" -- real problem or not?
