how to save filters in local storage

I'm french, so please excuse me for my poor english

I want to save the filters selected to restore them at the next session.
In the base slickgrid, I do it with the columnFilters[i] parameters, but in your case It's a lot more difficult. Can you explain me how to access at these parameters ?

my soluce was :

periodicaly, for save, i call :
for (var i = 0; i < columns.length; i++) {
if (typeof columns[i].filterValues !== 'undefined' ) {
var key="filterValues"+i;
var filtre={};
if (key in localStorage) {
filtre = JSON.parse(localStorage.getItem(key));
if (typeof columns[i].filterValues !== filtre ) localStorage.setItem("filterValues"+i, JSON.stringify(columns[i].filterValues));
}
}
else localStorage.removeItem("filterValues"+i);
}

and at the begining to restore :
if(typeof localStorage!='undefined') {
for (var i = 1; i < columns.length; i++) {
var key="filterValues"+i;
if (key in localStorage) columns[i].filterValues = JSON.parse(localStorage.getItem(key));
}
}

Hi - sorry for the delay.

If you need a grid with filters and a good API I highly recommend ag-grid.

It's under active development (unlike SlickGrid) and has some great features.

I'm blocked in slickgrid with incompatibility between highlight and sort. I'll leave this solution
