LittleCMS throwing an error

Hello,

I'm following this guide to make a custom icc profile for myself, and I'm running into an issue when using MHC2Gen. I have my merged.icm profile in the same folder as MHC2Gen and I'm using the command ./MHC2Gen sdr-acm --calibrate-transfer "merged.icm" "final.icm". When I do that I get an error:

Am I doing something wrong or missing something? I'm on Windows 11 if that matters.

Just FYI I used an earlier version and it worked fine!
