Add A Typeform embed to DAOcreator #2323
Description
We would like to embed a typeform URL (A questionnaire to help set up your DAO) in the DAOcreator.
The design is for a side note which pops up once clicked on
Typeform allows for several ways to embed the form, see examples below:
