[Feat] sync only selected columns from catalog.json

Problem

Right now we can select or remove collection / streams to sync or not sync, does not work for syncing selected columns only [by removing them from catalog.json file]

Solution

Removing a particular column from catalog should not sync it [currently it does]. Selecting which column to sync and which not to is currently not picked up from catalog.json file.
